Project Description

Summary

Refurbishment of a 500-year-old building was undertaken to meet the specific requirements of a new commercial enterprise. To achieve this, an internal steel frame structure was installed, enabling the removal of internal walls. This transformation opened up the floor space, allowing it to be repurposed as a modern bar and brewery while preserving the building’s historic character. Careful attention was given to maintaining structural integrity and ensuring the design blended seamlessly with the building’s heritage. The project successfully combined contemporary functionality with traditional aesthetics, creating a vibrant space for both patrons and the local community to enjoy.
