What are section agreements?
Section agreements are legal obligations that are required when there is interaction between public and private assets drainage, roads etc.
Morgan Engineering Consultants can assist liaising with the asset stake holder (Anglia Water, Thames Water, Highway England, Environment Agency etc.) to put the necessary design in place to ensure obligations are met and approval is gained.

Sections agreements are only required if there is a planning obligation, you have interaction between public and private assets or you are constructing an asset for adoption by the public stakeholder.
